In contrast, there are many products, programs and fad diets that can cater to the immediate results side of us. Inevitably we wind up choosing a fast, unhealthy weight loss approach.
We also get the other things that go along with these approaches, namely results that just don't last. The vast majority of weight loss methods do not lead to lasting results. In fact, most of the people who try them wind up in a worse state of obesity then they were in before.
Why? Because most weight loss methods do not focus on the fundamentals of weight loss.
