Tired all the time?
Day in and day out it seems like you can't drum up the energy to do anything. In fact, it's so common that you have probably come to believe it is simply a part of life...
But is it?
Many people don't think so...
There are many who almost never lack energy. Who have energy all day long and only sleep when their heads hit the pillow at night...
So what's their secret?
Two words...lean and fit!
It is a fact that the vast majority of individuals who suffer from extreme fatigue are overweight. Unfortunately many have contributed their condition to something other than that extra flab hanging around their midsection!
Are you overweight? There is no reason to feel bad about it. You simply need to be honest with yourself before you can make a change!
Chances are that you have the desire to shed the pounds...I mean who doesn't? You may just lack the motivation to get started? Would it motivate you to know that it's a 100% guarantee that losing weight will shoot your energy lever through the roof?
I know what you're thinking...You believe that weight loss is very hard or that you need some special program to burn of the body fat. I am here to tell you that it's simply not true. That weight loss is actually a very simple result that can be obtained by making a few easy changes in your lifestyle.
There are many things you can do to lose weight. I have found that these 2 things require the least effort while still yielding great results...
The six meal rule:
How many times do you eat each day? You probably eat no more than two meals a day? You may snack in between, but if you take a hard look you will probably notice that there is no order to your food consumption. Your metabolism will run at its most efficient level by consuming six small meals spread evenly throughout the day. That's right, simply eating six small meals spread about 2.5 hours apart will produce noticeable results in your energy lever and your waistline!
Flood your body with water:
If you lack energy chances are that you are dehydrated. Consequently, dehydration is also a primary cause of obesity. Drinking ten or more 8-ounce glasses of water each and every day will help you shed pounds and destroy extreme fatigue! Your body is a water sponge...you must have an adequate supply of water to operate at you peak!
