Although some folks are still searching for a magical pill or miracle diet to shed their extra weight, most of us now know that the healthy way to drop our excess pounds is by eating sensibly and exercising regularly. Each day that I do these four things for myself is recorded as a success in itself, strengthening my self-confidence and purpose. DEWS also has some built-in leeway for discretionary human weakness, because even at 85% compliance, success is realized.
