Shift Your Self Talk to Thin Talk

I'm sure you've heard that whatever you focus on, expands. Well this is especially true of our bodies. Think about it. You take your body with you everywhere you go. You are always aware of your body either consciously or unconsciously. So if you focus on having to lose weight, you will continue to live in that fat suit. By Law of Attraction you will continue to attract the experience of needing to lose weight. Eventually you develop a set point in your thinking about your body. It becomes common knowledge to you and your body that you need to lose weight and since you always need to lose weight the underlying thought you have about your body is that it is fat, or unpleasing to you in some way. Other women have great bodies. You have this one.

To shift into your thin vibe, you must start with changing your dominant focus about your body. You must start having different thoughts about you. Imagine not worrying about your weight. Just loving your body for what it does, where it is in this world, and what it has been through. Imagine negativity for your body no longer being an option. Start focusing on something about your body that you like. Your eyes, your hair, your hands. Or how awesome it is to have a body that gets you where you want to go. After all your body is simply your vehicle to move through this lifetime. Do you know of any other vehicles that last as long? So you see your body really is a thing to appreciate.
Start by finding something that you like about your body then appreciate it as often as possible. Find all the things about your body that you can appreciate now. You must learn to make peace with your body as it is today if you want to shift into your thin self. So make a deliberate effort to find things to appreciate.

When the negative self talk comes up don't beat yourself up. It's O.K. You've been feeling this way about your body for awhile now so it's only natural that you will replay the old thoughts that keep you from your ideal body. Forgive yourself and move on. Look for more to appreciate about you.

Stop making excuses for your condition like "I'm big boned" or "My whole family is overweight" or "I have slow metabolism" or even a medical condition such as hypothyroidism. Don't choose to allow your mind to play into that negative self talk that leaves you feeling fat. You have the power to change your thoughts and when you do you will start to see that anything is possible, even for you. When you choose to take your mind to a beautiful place around your body, you will see your body and life transform. You will improve your confidence, enjoy powerful relationships, and you will engage in activities you forgot you enjoyed and your life will be more fulfilled.

Never underestimate the power of your mind in transforming your body. It all begins with your thinking. If you have trouble making this shift you might think about getting a coach.
