Choose foods that are low in fat. Eggs are tricky. If you want eggs, make sure you use egg whites. The yolk has a lot of fat and cholesterol in it. So that favorite breakfast of waffles, sausage links, buttery syrup, and a tall glass of orange juice is actually not such a good breakfast because it is loaded with sodium, fats, bad carbohydrates, and bad sugars!
