This really isn't hard to stick to and it provides you with the flexibility you need to be successful with losing weight. If done correctly it is a very healthy way to get rid of the extra pounds and for the majority of regular fasters it eventually leads to massive life changes - without using willpower to force the changes upon yourself. Willpower will only take you "that" far. Diets force difficult change upon you. Fasting makes it easy and it really works.
