Learn how 2 lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks!

1.Juice cleanse based detox diet: The 14 day cleanse diet cleanses your body of toxins and undigested food while providing you with carbs and sugars. Although this diet isn't suitable for a long duration, as a "crash" diet meant to help you lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, it can be extremely effective.
Note:This isn’t something you want to do in conjunction with a workout routine. A workout routine requires a lot of strength to get through your workouts and the juice diet just isn’t going to cut it for you.
Here’s what you’ll need: Distilled Water, Cayenne Pepper, Grade A or B Maple Syrup, Organic Lemons', and Laxative Tea.
•Start with 8oz of distilled water in 12oz glass
- Add in 2 Tablespoons Organic Lemons (approx. ½ lemon)
- Mix in 2 Tablespoons genuine maple syrup
- Take 1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
Shake it up and drink.(Cold water may be used if preferred.) Use fresh (organic) lemons or limes only for your lemonade cleanse.
2.Exercise like crazy: To put your body in overdrive, I suggest doing a 1 hour aerobic workout routine 14 days straight. It doesn’t just have to be in the gym, so think about some of the following activities jog, power walk, cycle, swim or whatever you like.
Either one of the above approaches will help you to accomplish your goal of learning how 2 lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. The detox approach is only meant for a short period like 2 weeks and not as a long term plan for weight loss.
