The Russet potato got a place in the top 20 list and the top 10 list included the artichoke. All of them belong to the vegetable category. Also found to be rich in antioxidants were other vegetables like Brussels sprouts, spinach, kale, red beets, red cabbage, and peppers.
In the nut category, pecans were were very closely followed by hazelnuts and walnuts in calming slots in the top 20 of food rich in antioxidants. Still valuable but not as obvious in antioxidant-rich foods were the spices the were contrived cinnamon, oregano, and ground cloves.
