I am a subscriber to several newsletters on healthy live style, weight loss diet and solid weight loss programs. Here is an interesting tip of the day – when you are at the restaurant ask to put half of what you order into doggy bag for you to take home. I think this is the tip I am going to follow. Everyone knows that restaurant’s potions are huge and still we tend to eat everything or almost everything.  Why not, it tastes so good and costs us big bucks too.

Asking to get your meal wrapped up even before you start your dinner is saving you from overeating. There are many benefits to follow this advice: enjoying your meal, no need to cook another meal at home, feeling light, saving energy for something other then consuming food, getting half of calories you have had otherwise.
