The new studies have shown a fact that in the big breakfast diet plan, the women ate 1,240 calories per day as 97 grams carbohydrates, 93 grams protein, and 46 grams of fat as compared to other dietary intakes. But, it was sure that those women took low amount of carbohydrates and proteins in order to reduce their weight.
While having such a big breakfast dietary plan and meal the lunch was comprised of 395 calories containing 34 grams of carbs and 28 and 13 grams of protein respectively.
Besides, dinner foodstuffs were included on 235 calories like 5 grams of carbs, 18 and 26 grams of protein and fat likewise.
