If you are not in the habit of reading what is going in your foods you are doing yourself a diservice. Get in the habit of reading those nutrition labels. Avoid excess trans fat, added sugar like corn syrup, and white flour products. Why? You will get enough fats from the proteins you eat. Sugar and white flour are very processed and get absorbed far to fast to be very good for the body except for right after a workout.
