Vitamin B12 is one of the nutrients that the body can easily absorb and store, and this is extremely good for all of us since lack of that vitamin can lead to serious repercussions. Vitamin B12 works to keep our bodies healthy by assisting in healthy cell production and functions of the nervous system and the brain, and lack of the vitamin can lead to serious disorders, but it doesn’t equate to weight loss if you inject loads of it into your body.
