Living in a busy world such as ours, stress is one thing we will always have. Whether you are a professional or a student, there will be times when you need a way out because it抯 just too much. Chronic stress is the cause of many diseases in today抯 time. By putting yourself under a constant amount of stress, you endanger yourself.
For some people, alcohol and doctor prescribed medication provide a respite, but there are others like myself who depend on food. I eat when I am depressed, tired or when I抦 trying to beat a deadline. I celebrate my achievements with food and invite my friends to join in. We can choose to make our lives so much easier ?that抯 the lesson of the six week diet ?so that in the end we get the nutrion los angeles we need, we feel good about ourselves and we can do anything we want to do.
