It is crucial that the work out that you are performing do not exceed your current level of ability, take it slowly for the first time. Tracking your progress is also important do this tracking every week, this is to keep you motivated by looking at your own progress.

A tip when performing your work out program, do not do the same work out over and over again each day, this to prevent you feeling bored because performing the same training. For more variation, vary the time and day of your work out routine.

When this occur the improvement of your muscle will get slower so remember to change your training routine each week to avoid your body get accustomed to the exercise.

The last thing, but also important, you should find a friend with the same objective as you to keep you motivated. Working out with a partner is better than performing it alone, this way you will not feeling lonely, with friends you can trade tips and story about your success or failure.

So, what you must do to avoid exercise failure is do exercises that is suitable with your current strength level, never forget to track your development weekly, change the work out routine each week and find yourself a partner to do your exercise.
