Obesity has become a problem of epidemic proportions in the United States. Poor nutrition choices, lack of exercise and a whole host of other factors contribute to what is becoming one of the greatest health threats of our time. Everything from high cholesterol to the dangers it poses to diabetes and a shortened lifespan, along with countless other ills, has been laid at the feet of obesity. As much attention as the media has given this subject in recent years, the American lifestyle simply does not make it easy to make the necessary changes for better health.

Yet another will find that they have a sugar addiction and, by cutting it out of her daily food choices, it can be life-changing.
But, regardless of the individual paths these people took to get to “Half Their Size”, they all possessed the same traits. They were all determined and driven by their own needs. They were all faced with their own challenges, looked them in the face and persevered. They all had days where they slipped, reverted back to poor choices, and then got back on track. They all set goals and obtained them.
