That is an enormous amount of carbs to eat for an entire day much less one meal! On average, a person could eat upwards of 300 grams of carbohydrates. This will certainly promote massive weight gain. Conversely, if you would cut back on the amount of carbs you eat, you will discover yourself losing weight much easier.
