5. For the last stomach exercise, you will need to lie face down on the floor while resting on your forearms. You may want to find a mat or something softer to protect your arms. Rise off of the floor in a pushup position so that only your forearms and toes are on the floor. Use your abdominal muscles to keep your back as straight as possible.
