Now this is important, so keep reading. Break up your day with five or six mini-meals. This will jump start your rate of metabolism. Additionally, stop eating foods that prevents you to have the results. This includes, junk foods,soda pop, white bread, loads of pasta,hydrogenated sugars and fructose corn syrup.

However, all is not lost. All you need to do is to replace these foods with the following foods which will help you achieve your dream. Whole grain breads, fruits, veggies, nuts, peanut butter, chicken, fish,protein, olive oil,oatmeal and water. They work magic, trust me.

Exercises:

With exercise, i will give you three different type of exercises: Cardio, weight lifting and abs work out. If you want this to be effective, do it for a minimum of 4 times weekly.

Cardio exercise can be anything from, running,jogging,swimming, walking, bike cycling and so forth . To start , get one or two which you are comfortable with, and with time you can try the rest. At least 30 to 40 minutes twice a week will be appropriate.

Does this cost you a dime? Absolutely not. So avoid buying weight loss supplements and pills out there which do not work. Just some commitment from your part and before you know it, you will have the great six pack abs.

The other type of exercise is the weight lifting which is also very important. Did you know that three pounds of extra muscles will burn as many calories as one mile of running? This happens when you are just resting. Schedule yourself for 30 to 45 minutes twice a week. The fact is, the more muscles you have, the more calories you burn. So basically, the weight lifting will help you build more muscles and also lose weight by burning the excess fats in your body.

Finally, my advice is to remind you to stick to the above two tips for at least three months. With a serious commitment, you will experience the power of using free tips to have six pack abs fast. The results will vary from one individual to another. However, with patience and practice you will see a great change.
