In order to burn fat calories effectively, there is no excuse to not to be doing these 3 things.
#1 - Drink Plenty of Water
I know that this tip has been driven into the ground, and that every fitness expert on the planet recommends this. But don't you think there might be a good reason for it? There is really good scientific evidence that backs up this fact. It has often been said to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water per day for ultimate hydration. But I actually believe you should try to drink more than this, and let me tell you why.
Your liver is actually a fat burning organ. When you get de-hydrated, your kidneys get "overloaded" and they stop functioning the way they are supposed to. This causes your liver to have to take over some of the responsibilities of the kidneys. In turn, this causes your fat burning to literally be "shut down". Drinking plenty of water will cause your body to be "hydrated" properly, and will also make you feel good too.
#2 - Include in Your Diet a Good Amount of Protein
I don't want to get into a lesson in science here, but your body definitely needs the right amounts of protein. In the days of the "caveman", the reason they survived so long was because they had a lot of readily available meat. They ate "seasonally" and did not have all the available carbohydrates like we have today. These include potatoes, rice, and other very "starchy" carbohydrates.
Basically, protein is made up of several types of amino acids. Just like a house is built up from bricks or wood, protein is built the same way, from a very "solid" foundation. Each and every cell in your body contains amino acids. It's very important to have a diet that is rich in "complete" proteins.
These include, but are not limited to, eggs, meats, fish and poultry. These foods contain the 8 essential proteins our bodies need to manufacture all of the other amino acids needed for proper muscle growth, hormone and enzyme formation. So to sum it up without boring you any further, protein is good!
#3 - Never eat the same foods or same amount of carbohydrates every single day
Contrary to popular belief, our bodies are not the "well-oiled" machines that we've been told that they were. By feeding our bodies the same exact things each and every day, this leads us to practically eat the same amount of calories everyday also. This actually works "against" the scientific approach, which is to change things up.
Yes it's very true. By putting our bodies into "shock", we actually set it up to "crave" what we really want , which is good tasting foods! This technique has been proven to work to build strength and muscle by exercising. The same holds true with losing weight.
Are these the only 3 things I need to do in order to burn fat calories?
