One of my biggest enemies in the fight against body fat was junk foods. I can recall many times when I went crazy at the local fast food restaurant. Not only did I eat a lot of hamburgers and tacos, but I also consumed many fattening chips and sodas. Many people who were in my position simply cave in at the thought of giving up any foods that taste really good. This step did take me some time, but in the end I was able to overcome my love of junk food. I realized that my weight loss plan was much more important to my life.
