So you'll not only be putting on more fat on the love handles but you'll also be significantly decreasing your energy levels. This is the hardest part to finding foods to lose love handles simply because people can't go too long without eating something sweet, but I recommend satisfying those sugar cravings on naturally sweet fruits such as oranges, apples and berries.

All in all you're going to have some discipline if you're looking to lose those love handles. The way most people think to lose belly fat is to embark on a diet that is just a huge reduction in calories and they unfortunately just end up starving themselves while doing more harm than good. Instead focus on removing the bad foods from your diet that are causing the weight gain in the first place and replace them with healthier alternatives.
