That is why sometimes the opposite sex drives us crazy. Sometimes their eyes say yes while their mouth says no and we lose our minds. It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, you must know the feeling. These flatten belly methods on the Internet are just like this.

I went to a doctor about my excessive fats and he gave a diet program. A few weeks later I was really feeling weak and depressed. So I called a friend of mine who also was a doctor. He gave me another diet that would help me lose a couple of pounds in a week but after 3 weeks when I stood on my bathroom scale I realized with astonishment that I gained a couple of pounds in this process.
When so much nonsense happens in a short time, you start to feel really stressed and depressed. So I went to another doctor and he prescribed different drugs to solve my depression. After a month of my depression treatment I stood on my bathroom scale and again to my astonishment, this time I lost the weight I gained. When I was trying to lose weight I gained weight, when I tried to cure my depression I lost weight. Now I was where I started. Not depressed and weighing exactly the same as I was before this adventure. If we try plain logic on my experiences we can say, if you want to lose weight you must take depression treatment and if you want to gain weight you must try to lose weight. Isn't it better if we leave our muscles and fats alone and try to enjoy life? My father always told me not give an advice if you are not going to listen to your own advice. So forget about what said.
Now I'm looking for a flatten belly method that won't drive me crazy in the long or short run. It is so easy to lose one's balance while trying to walk on a rope. I wish everything was simpler.
