#2 With the Answer to #1 in Mind, Ask Yourself How You Can Cut Back
It's important to keep the reasons you became overweight in mind while you ask yourself how you can cut back on eating. The simple matter is this - most people (barring medical problems) are overweight because they eat too much. So to lose weight, they need to cut back on the food they are eating.
But while it seems simple it's not easy. Because you have to uncover why you overate in the first place. If you don't you'll just try a new diet or weight loss plan, run into the same obstacles and give up.
So for example, if you've tried diets in the past but just couldn't stick with them because you were too busy - or you just couldn't stand eating food that tastes like rubber, you have to find a solution to that problem, while cutting back.
