You do not have to go overboard and start doing things that you cannot keep up doing without hurting yourself. Just take it nice and easy and allow your body to get used to it.
Rome was not built in a day and you will not experience complete fat loss in one day either. Get ready for a life style change not a quick solution to an age old problem.
