The issue of how to reduce your fat butt isn’t that hard to answer once you know a few tips and tricks. Heck, we all desire to fit into our skinny-jeans and short-shorts without needing two others to help us squeeze into them! Asian women have developed many tricks to get the body they desire, today we are going to analyze one of them and put it to good use!
Reduce My Fat Butt Now!
Big butts are typically either genetic (given to us by one of our parents) or diet/health related (our body decides to turn excess calories into fat deposits in this area), or a combination of both.
Whichever of the two is causing you grief, they can be handled by using a simple routine at your fitness center or gym, or even on your own outdoors.
This is something I constantly advocate to the clients in my Skinny Asian Diet program, as it’s been a long-standing practice in Asia for generations of women to get trim thighs and thinner rear-ends: Riding a bike!
Not Your Average Bike Ride
Typically the way people ride bikes in Asia, especially in the big cities, is in a series of start/stop/start/stop routines while they stop for red lights, traffic, other folks, etc.
But the impact all this starting and stopping has is that it significantly energizes the muscles that comprise the gluteus maximus (your butt) and your quadriceps/hamstrings (your thighs).
This stimulation actively works to grab fat cells within the deposits located in those areas to burn as energy, since you’re using just those muscles to ride the bike.
Ordinarily, muscle activation leads to growth, which is the opposite of what we’re after. In cases like this however it will cause more lean legs since we aren’t lifting heavy weights…we’re just pedaling. If you think about Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong you swiftly recognize that his ultra-lean body is the product of all that biking.
You are able to attain the same effect with far less work, simply by copying the start/stop/start/stop routine that people without cars have to do for basic transportation all over Asia.
To make it happen, just hop on a bike, either stationary or a genuine bike, and pedal at a medium pace for approximately 60 seconds straight. Don’t kill yourself by going too quickly, it isn’t necessary. And do NOT apply it up or down hills, which can be too much muscular effort and can lead to growth…remember, we want a nice workout but we don’t want to lift weights if we need to thin out our butt and thighs.
After each minute is up, relax for a bit or slow down to half the pace you were going before. Do that for approximately half a minute. Then replicate the process by revving back up to the pace you used for the first 60 seconds.
So essentially your routine will look like this: 60/30/60/30/60/30 etc.
Go as long as you want, I encourage 30 minutes if possible, and continue to do it three to four times a week. You’ll quickly lose inches off your “adversary” fat butt, and you will also condition your thighs into a leaner more sexy look as well!
