To avoid this problem try finding a hobby you like doing, or listen to music, play with the kids, anything that will reduce your amount of stress.
Calories Count – The most effective way to get rid of that stomach is to take in less calories than you burn in a day. This is done by lowering the calories you consume by following a low calorie diet (only lower your daily calories by about 200 or so) and to burn more calories with total body exercises. Lowering the amount of calories you consume daily can be hard, so fill up on low calorie foods that make you feel full like fruit, chicken or soup. This will lower your overall body fat percentage and help flatten out your midsection.
Beer Belly – Beer is dense in calories, which is one of the main factors it adds fat around the waist. However, there’s even evidence that beer in particular adds more to your midsection than hard alcohol. Research at UNC concluded that those who drank beer had the highest waist-to-hip ratio as opposed to the drinkers who opted for the same equivalent of liquor.
