Doing the right exercises for flabby arms will do the trick. Here are three exercises: Lateral Pull Downs, Arm Tricep Dumbell Extension and Bench Dips. The arm areas are its main target. Each of these exercises target the back of the arm and the upper back and they are important for posture as well.

Lat Pull down

Sit down on a bench or a ball and make sure that your hips are not lower than your knees. Do 12-15 repetition for each exercises. Press down and squeeze to the shoulder blades. Your elbows should be held tight to your body. Remember to breathe throughout the exercise. Inhale and exhale as you pull down the handles. With a bar or with split grips doesn’t matter because it’s still going to make your arms firm.

Arm, Tricep Dumbell Extension

Take hold of one end of a dumbbell with one hand. Raise the dumbbell above your head by extending the arm. Next, gently lower the dumbbell at the back of your head by flexing your elbow. Pause when you feel the stretch in your triceps. Press the dumbbell back up until your arm is fully stretched. For the other arm, follow the same steps.

Bench Dips

While sitting on the edge of the bench, put your hands on the bench and feet on the ground. You can stretch your legs or bend them slightly. Push off the edge of the bench with the hands. You have to use only your hands and feet to support your whole body. Take your body down as far as you can then push back to the starting point. Look straight forward and keep your back straight throughout the routine.

There is no shortcut to having firm arms. Whether your at the gym or just at home, be sure to do the right exercises. A good routine and proper diet will give you the firm arms that you always wanted.
