Does Running Make Your Butt Bigger?

The answer is: yes, but only slightly

Running can help tone and strengthen your glutes, which may give the appearance of a bigger butt. Muscles do require some level of resistance (be it from weights or your own body) in order to grow bigger, and while running does provide some level of resistance, it won't be as effective as lifting weights. For example, squats and lunges are generally much better exercises for building muscle mass in your glutes than running.
