It will be difficult for you to eliminate belly fat if you are eating foods such as fries, cereals (yes, cereals!), white bread, chips etc. These are processed foods that can cause you to eat more and have gain more fat and weight. Eat more natural foods such as meats, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits can keep you full for a longer amount of time.
This is why you can only eat a maximum of 1 or 2 banana but you can finish a whole bag of chips. Processed foods are empty calories that will seduce you into eating more.
3) Eat more protein
Research had shown that weight training and including more protein into your diet can help you to lose more weight.
Protein can keep you full longer than carbohydrates. The other functions of protein includes helping you to repair and build up your muscles so that it can burn off more calories.
Do not let any of your meals go without protein. Choose white meat over red meat. Keep red meat such as beef and lamb to the minimal.
