Do a set of 10-15 reps and you'll be surprise to find that you're huffing and puffing like you just climbed seven storeys building.
2.Get a dumbbell and do one arm snatches; 20 reps for each arm. Again, select the best suited weight for your dumbbell.
3. Some bodyweight squats, lunges, and push ups for five minutes straight with little rest.
All of the exercises above are looked like weight training or strength training, however, it also strengthen your cardiovascular system as well, which means you got 2 benefits in one go.
Other benefits of these exercises are saving your time and strengthen almost every muscle in your body, thus boosting fat loss process and make you get even leaner body. Fact: possessing more lean muscle will burn much more calories every single day even when you do nothing.
Performing weight training and cardio at the same time is the best exercise to lose belly fat; however, you must keep well balanced nutrition intake during the day.
