The first thing that you need to know if you do not know this already is that fat is fat and if you have got belly fat then you have got too much fat on your body period. The third aspect of increasing the speed of your metabolism is to eat more often during your day. That does not mean eat more but rather more often and there is a big difference. In order to be successful at this you should avoid the impulse buying of a pie when you get hungry.
The way to do this is to simply prepare your meals/snacks ahead of time before you leave your home. This might seem like a chore in the beginning but you will soon get rewarded by seeing the results and getting rid of your belly fat.
