So you want to lose belly fat in one week. It's much simpler than you think. One way to achieve this is to eat more. Yes, you read that right. You should eat more to lose more. Ideally, in order to lose weight quickly and to lose belly fat in one week you should cut out about 500 calories from your average daily intake. If you really think about it, 500 calories isn't much, especially when you consider the amount of calories you save when you choose water over soda, or say no to that slice of pie after your meal. You can also easily cut calories by choosing not to snack in between meals, or if you do feel hungry, choosing to munch on vegetable sticks or fresh fruits instead of salty chips or flavoured popcorn.
For those who would rather workout than adjust their eating habits, there is a number of things that can be done throughout the day that will enable you to burn the extra fat. You could choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator, clean the house, walk faster in the grocery store, or take your dog for a walk. You could also go jogging, go for a swim or go biking.
